For the past 9 years, The Magic Flute Montessori School has proudly served the Greater Sunny Isles and North Miami community, offering exceptional Montessori education.

As our academy continues to grow, we are currently looking for passionate, talented, and dedicated teachers to join our team. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and exciting performance opportunities.

We are now interviewing candidates for part-time or full time positions in the following positions:

Lead Teacher with Florida Teacher Certification

Teacher Assistant 40-H DCF training required

Receptionist

Meal Server

Maintenance Worker

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience and education, in line with other local schools.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED (required)

- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)

- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent (preferred or required depending on your state)

- An engaging, positive, and outgoing personality  

- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for teaching students of all ages  

- Reliability and the ability to pass a background check
