CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

Cancelation Policy: Please give us 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a PRIVATE lesson. If you are forgetting to do so results in the lesson being marked as missed when your teacher marks attendance. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are NOT reusable, refundable, or transferable. Call us if you want to cancel and reschedule lessons during our work hours anytime up to 48 hours before your lesson. If you let us know in less than 48 hours students can take ANY GROUP LESSON INSTEAD.  

For rescheduling the GROUP lesson you need to let us know at any time, forgetting to do so results in the lesson being marked as missed when your group teacher marks attendance.

NO REFUND POLICY. All SALES ARE FINAL

Anyone with an expired payment 5 days past their due date will be charged a $50.00 reinstatement fee in addition to packages. The balance of lessons in the package is not transferable to the next payment period (4 weeks Program).
