CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Cancelation Policy: Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private or group lesson. Forgetting to do so results in the lesson being marked as missed when your teacher marks attendance. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are NOT reusable, refundable, or transferable. Give us a call if you want to cancel and reschedule lessons in our work hours anytime up to 48 hours before your lesson.
At Magic Flute Montessori Music School, we encourage students, parents, and teachers to work out lesson schedules that work great for everyone. We only have one rule: we need 48 hours’ notice if students want to make any changes to the schedule.
Any REFUNDS will be deposit on student account which he or she can use for any music classes at our Music school.
Anyone that has an expired membership 5 days past their due date payment will be charged a $50.00 reinstatement fee in addition to membership. Balance of lessons in the package is not transferable to the next payment period.
